The Center for Physical Artificial Intelligence and Robotics was established under the umbrella of Özyeğin University as an interdisciplinary research hub focused on developing intelligent systems that interact with the real world.

By integrating the fields of robotics, control systems, machine learning, and human-robot interaction, our center aims to produce reliable and scalable solutions that operate directly on physical systems rather than being confined to simulation environments.

To this end, we adopt a holistic approach toward developing data-efficient learning, safe autonomy, and human-compatible robotic systems, where theoretical methodologies are reinforced through rigorous experimental validation.
